Ingredients
- 1 handful of leaves of kale (stems removed)
- 1 cold or frozen banana
- 1 orange
- 1 small glass of coconut water or mineral water
Instructions
- Cut the banana into pieces and orange into quarters.
- Pour all the ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth.
Notes
- If your blender is not very powerful, do not hesitate to add one or two ice cubes.
