Ingredients
  1. 1 handful of leaves of kale (stems removed)
  2. 1 cold or frozen banana
  3. 1 orange
  4. 1 small glass of coconut water or mineral water
Instructions
  1. Cut the banana into pieces and orange into quarters.
  2. Pour all the ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth.
Notes
  1. If your blender is not very powerful, do not hesitate to add one or two ice cubes.
